Lawrence was a great teacher who taught me from 2018-2020. He helped me achieved my D* which I wouldn’t have been able too without his continuous support. I was so upset when I heard about his death. Something he definitely didn’t deserve. He was a laugh and made classes enjoyable. He always spoke about his wife and his achievement in class and really showed how much he loved life. Lawrence, I’m now achieving my dreams to become a nurse and studying at university to become qualified, thank you for helping me believe in myself <3

Lawrence was a lovely man, and the best teacher I could ever have asked for. Every day I was met by his warm welcoming smile, he was always kind, always supportive of everyone and everything. I loved listening to his stories, and hearing him talk to us about his life experiences, all the things he’d done in his life. I will forever miss his smile, and his cheesy jokes, following the laugh as if he was the funniest man in the world, although it wasn’t for very long, it was a blessing to meet and get to know him. My thoughts are with all of his family and friends. Rest in peace Lawrence, you will be hugely missed ❤️
